Dear HybridBlock Community,
Here’s a weekly summary of HybridBlock-related news, including upgrades to the exchange, new team members, recent events, and security tips for active digital currency traders.
Hybex API Page
A new API page is available for traders to link their existing trading tools into HybridExchange. These APIs will enable higher volume traders to quickly access the exchange order book and seamlessly integrate advanced trading tools with ease.
To improve your experience, we’ve created a page for you to quickly reference some of the most frequently asked questions. Need help with a deposit? Can’t remember your 2FA? Our new FAQ page saves you valuable time when trying to resolve common issues. Have a more detailed issue? No problem, our 24/7 customer support team is still available and ready to help.
Dedicated Fees Page
Additionally, we’ve added a dedicated fees page that gives you updated information on our trading fees and the latest withdrawal fees (these can be dynamic based on the network transaction fees that digital currencies use to incentivize decentralized network participation). The fees page will also show verification level limits, so you can easily reference daily and monthly limits. Need higher limits? No problem, just contact our customer support team and they’ll get you on the right track.
